Counseling and Student Services

Horizon middle school has three school counselors and each school counselor is assigned a grade level. They follow their assigned grade level from when the students enter Horizon as 6th graders to the time when the students leave as future freshman ready for high school. This allows the school counselors to form strong relationships with both students and parents. We believe this model serves the needs of the students the best and is truly beneficial to everyone involved.

***It should be noted that there may be situations in which a student may choose to speak to a school counselor that is not assigned to them.***
